The Self Empowerment model is a tool I use in my own life and in my coaching practice to help women create the emotions and outcomes they truly desire.
It is a tool to show you that you have more control over your emotional responses to situations than you realize.
Using this model, you’ll begin to notice that your undesirable emotional reactions to stress — like anger, fear, judgment, irritation — will start to transform, giving you the space between action and reaction so that you are empowered to choose your response.
This tool can be used in any situation. Whether you are dealing with overwhelm because you have so much to do and you want to feel more calm and relaxed.
